Free Site Inspection.

The first point of contact is a site inspection where a Auswide Granny Flats representative will come out and inspect your property,and make sure that your property does in fact qualify under your local councils guide lines.

We will then provide you with a no obligation Fixed Priced quote (No budget blow-outs)  to build one of our standard designs on your block.We  will also discuss with you the different ways that you can finance your investment. At the end of the meeting we will assessing your situation and determining what the best option is for you. We don’t just build; we advise. This enables you to make an informed and rational decision.

Step 2

Design, Application and Approval

Designs are undertaken upon your request; we will use your budget as a tool to design a Granny Flat or you can use one of our standard designs that suits your requirements and circumstance. A small investment is charged for your customised design.

We will keep you informed and updated through-out this process. When your granny flat design is complete (this generally takes 10 days) , Auswide Granny Flats will arrange a time to present our proposal  to you all in the comfort of your own home, Where we take you through the whole process of the next stage.

Once we have your approval, we prepare all architectural drawings and details ready to submit them to the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary approvals on your behalf in a timely manner. (Granny flats can be approved within as little as 5 Days in QLD and 10 days in NSW).

 Step 3 construction stage

Construction Stage

When we have obtained all the relevant approvals and the required documentation is obtain through council or a private certifier we are ready to build. This is where we will work with you to ensure that you are keep informed and are part of the whole building process.
